Description

We are looking for a support worker to join the physical health team based within the Adult Forensic Service at GMMH.

The successful applicant will provide high quality, holistic primary care for patients in a forensic mental health service.

The post holder will be based at both the Edenfield Centre & the Lowry Unit at Prestwich Hospital. The post holder will be required to provide cover across the service as when required.


The role includes supporting the running of physical health clinics, supporting our staff and service users with health education; working alongside GP colleagues and supporting the physical health team.

You will report to the Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is the lead for physical health within the service. Please see Job spec for further information regarding daily duties.
