    Description

    We're looking for a highly motivated, creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Growth team and deliver on our marketing strategy.

    This role will be central to building BKL's brand awareness and driving growth.

    If you're an analytical whiz with a passion for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, this could be the job for you.

    As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, manage marketing budgets, and analyse campaign performance to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

    Working closely with the heads of service lines, you will help identify target audiences and develop routes to market.

    Support the Head of Marketing with developing and implementing the marketing strategy in line with BKL's business objectives.

    Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and public relations.

    Oversee the creation and production of high-quality marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

    Analyse marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools to inform future strategies.
    Manage marketing budget effectively and optimise spending for maximum return on investment.
    Identify and implement new marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and brand reputation.
    You have 5+ years of marketing or communications experience
