Event Administrator

Part-time - 3 days per week.
**The hours are 9.30 am

  • 4.30 pm**Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist with administration tasks for Medica CPD and its sister companies
  • Registering delegates for events
  • Invoicing, billings updates, maintenance of billings records, reconciliation and analysis
  • Filing online and offline, photocopying
  • Preparing delegate material and packs, setting up and registration of delegates on course dates
  • Establishing updating databases.
  • General administrative support as required.

The person:

  • Someone who loves & is experienced in administration ideally at least 12 years' experience
  • Someone who knows there way around an excel spreadsheet, high levels of accuracy and excellent numeracy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills professional friendly manner
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Computer literate including confidence with full office 365 package
  • Database experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Time management and ability to meet numerous deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Confidence, disciplined and hardworking

Salary:
£22,000 year for a full timer, (pro rata part time for 3 days)


You will be expected to work one Saturday every 2 months, and very occasionally assist at conferences outside of normal working hours when events are on, time off in lieu will be given or overtime paid.


Preferable:
Have your own transport

Holidays: 28 days which includes statutory / local holidays for a full timer per year
