Cover Supervisor


A large Primary School in Aylesbury is seeking a dynamic and experienced cover supervisor to join their staff on an immediate basis.

The school is a large and modern academy, with a strong focus on providing a high-quality education for all students.


The responsibilities of the cover supervisor include:

  • Managing classrooms and ensuring that students are engaged in their learning while their regular teacher is absent
  • Providing support to students and teachers in the classroom
  • Working closely with the school's leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the school
  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Passion for education
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
  • Immediate availability for the role
  • Hold a degree in education or related field is a plus
  • QTS is desirable
The position pays £ per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
