- Previous Insurtech, Fintech, Digital Incubator or Product Start-Up experience
- Led cross-functional squads, collaborating with technical leads and conducting user-focused discovery sessions for process improvement.
- Supported the product manager in identifying new work areas, analysing business processes, deriving product logic, and creating user stories.
- Manage and prioritise product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Cultivate key relationships with clients, users, and subject matter experts, facilitating effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team, clarifying requirements during implementation and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Actively participate in UAT, serving as a proxy user and ensuring successful validation of solutions against user requirements.
- Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments, addressing challenges during the product development lifecycle.
