- Assess our selection process: use your intuition/knowledge and data we have gathered, work out what the best way of selecting candidates should be to maximise success
- Test & learn: kick the tyres on the new selection process by putting it into action, running interviews, and making any necessary adjustments
- Drive top of the funnel: help the Jumpstart team work out the BEST places to find top engineering talent and to attract them to apply for Jumpstart
- Find the right people to run & sustain selection: as a handover, work out the best people/processes needed to run the selection funnel on an ongoing basis, and play an active role in selecting them
- Timelines: anticipate it being 1-2 weeks. However we can be very flexible as mentioned, particularly if you are very busy (e.g. doing it 1-2 days a week for a longer period, or over weekends)
- Pay: Can either pay on hourly basis or as an overall package. We are happy to pay a competitive wage to make it worth your time

Around ~50% of the startup hiring market is technical – it doesn't take a genius to work out that we need to crack the Software Engineering market if we want to achieve this We are therefore looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help us get there by dissecting and improving our current Software Engineering Programme, and putting us on the path to success over a 1-2 week project sprint.
