The Role:


We are currently on the search for a supervisor to join our dynamic retail team at the prestigious Bicester Village.

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to lead our exceptional team. Ideally, you will have an interest or passion with timepieces and curious to align your passion with your career


We are searching for someone who is curious, eager to learn more about Watches and will go above and beyond to provide a flawless customer experience for our clients.


How will you experience success with us?

  • Work in a consultative sales role where you get to build long lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients and VIP's.
  • Participate in events inside and outside the village to encourage commercial activities in the boutique.
  • Prior experience working within a fast pace, high footfall, dynamic retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Have a passion for new ideas and love to drive these and put them into practice.
  • You are passionate about learning and motivated to add new skills to further develop.
  • A team player, who loves collaborating and working closely with peers.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • A strong interest in continuing and/or developing a longterm career within an industry where the customer experience is paramount.
  • Willingness to learn about the world of luxury watches.
