Description

The main duties of the job are to undertake assessments for those who are suspected of having ADHD, f eedback to the MDT the assessment with formulation of assessment and collateral information, f eedback to service user the outcome of the assessment and l iaise with carers / family members / other professional, where appropriate.


In addition, there is ongoing opportunity for development within the team that could include, but is not limited to, undertaking physical health assessments, supporting in the running of reasonable adjustments clinics, direct liaison with our GP providers to support them in the management of referrals, and the delivery of training to both internal and external partners.
