    Role Description

    The CEO of Dental Art Implant Clinic will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, promoting operational excellence, and driving growth to increase company's turnover, profitability, and expand our network of locations. This executive role demands a leader with a robust track record in managing successful teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, and enhancing the overall brand and patient experience.

    Key Resonsibilities

    • Establish the clinic's strategic goals and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
    • Lead and inspire the management team and staff to achieve excellence in patient care and operational performance.
    • Drive the clinic's expansion, identifying new market opportunities and overseeing the development of new locations.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring the clinic remains at the cutting edge of dental technology and practices.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, partners, suppliers, and the wider community.
    • Ensure financial health and sustainability through effective budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Represent Dental Art Implant Clinic at national and international forums, conferences, and public events.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a similar executive role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
