We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Housing Plumber to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.

Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes.
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Valid plumbing license and certifications.
Proven experience in plumbing, particularly in maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
