- Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
- Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
- Conduct customer meetings to secure orders and have full involvement in all processes up to and including delivery.
- Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
- Ensure all administration is completed correctly and compliance is adhered to at all times.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills alongside telephone prospecting experience
- Motivation and drive alongside enthusiasm and passion for your job
- The ability to deliver a first class customer buying experience.
- An ability to perform well under pressure.
- An organised and methodical approach to work.
- Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
- A full, UK driving licence.
- The successful candidate must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
