A varied administrative role, this temp to perm post is starting immediately. Working within a very friendly team orientated environment based fully on site.

Any previous admin experience would be useful however the role leans towards figures so you do needto enjoy a role with a fair amount of numeric content.


Job Profile:

Administrative role working alongside a colleague to manage the invoicing function.


Responsibilities include:


  • Regularly returning to the engineer for clarification on products required (there is a fair amount of technical detail and sometimes need clarification on what it means).
  • Investigating queries passed from credit control. Liaising between credit control and the engineers to resolve the customer query.
  • General administrative tasks such as correct information on Excel spreadsheets relating to area codes, tidying up the database etc.
  • Excel use requires an intermediate level of knowledge; you will be using filters but nothing too difficult.
  • Producing reports at a later stage, when fully trained.
  • Working alongside another colleague on the invoice team.

Key Skills and Qualities:


  • Ideally some experience within an administrative environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
  • Seeking a temp to perm role
  • Enjoys figure work

Hours:8.30am to 5pm Mon to Fri with 45 minutes lunch


Salary:
£11.87 per hour
