    We are seeking a dynamic and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements, while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.

    · Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.

    · Develop new business relationships and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

    · Manage the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

    · Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve strategies and processes.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a 360 recruitment environment.

    · Strong ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and candidates.

    · Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    · Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

    · Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
