    The post holder will support and co-ordinate women's experiences of maternity care in order to influence the development of a safe and high standard of maternity care provision.

    Develop the Patient Experience functions to support the Division in the delivery of the Trust Quality Strategy ambitions including robust reporting of Patient Experience data with thematic reviews

    To work with the senior maternity team to assist in the implementation and operationalization of the national and local policy.

    The Trust provides a full range of general hospital services and some areas of specialist complex care to around 760,000 people living in the south part of West Kent and the north part of East Sussex.

    The programme is full-time (please emailmtw- this is problematic)and will involve travel to both Trust sites. The programme includes supernumerary shifts in the clinical area, classroom-based sessions and e-learning.

    Has or working towards a post graduate Masters qualification
    Competent in the use of computer packages such as Word, PowerPoint and excel software

    Good counselling skills or willing to undertake training.
    An understanding and experience of change management.
    Teaching, training and presenting experience.
    Able to prioritise workload and have good time management skills.
