With the launch of our new, state-of-the-art London Experience Center, we are hiring for an EBC Technical Operations Specialist.

This individual will play a crucial role in managing and configuring internal systems and tools, including our Experience Center demo tenant, resource configurations, and in the development and execution of the EBC technical operations strategy.

Additionally, this role involves facilitating hybrid productions of our tours and demos, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience from any location.


This position will also lead the charge in defining technical processes and enhancements on a global scale, as well as in the implementation of business automation tools and processes to be utilized across the EBC team.


Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the technical operations of our brandnew Experience Center in London.
  • Ensure all demos and showcases are operational and functioning correctly on a daily basis.
  • Take ownership of and enhance the technical EBC operational processes, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Configure, install, and maintain the functionality of Zoom EBC Demo Areas and AV systems.
  • Keep up to date with new Zoom solutions to integrate them into showcases.
  • Assist in the documentation, publication, and maintenance of a global EBC technical processes playbook.
  • Coordinate with IT, Zoom Professional Services, EBC, and other teams on the management of configurations, accounts, resources, projects, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Spearhead the evolution of EBC demos and manage the introduction of new capabilities through collaboration with internal teams and partners.
  • Handle escalation and management of technical issues and bugs.
  • Operate backend production equipment for hybrid demonstrations, using vMix and Zoom Pro AV solutions.
  • Provide onsite support for setups at Tradeshows and Zoomhosted events as necessary (12 times a year max).

Basic Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support, technical operations, or technical production roles.
  • Operational expertise with the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Proficient in creating processes from ambiguous repetitive activities and optimizing them for scale.
  • Strong crossgroup collaboration skills.
  • A passion for ensuring customer satisfaction (both internal and external).
  • A collaborative and creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Must be highly organized in documenting processes and project details.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Executive Briefing Center programs at Fortune 1000/Global 2000 companies is a plus.
  • Experience in technical documentation and project management.
  • Proficiency in managing advanced Zoom accounts, configuring Zoom Rooms, and managing Zoom admin portals.
  • IT administration experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Zoom's hardware partner ecosystem.
  • A BA degree in Business Administration or Operations Management is a plus.
  • PMP Certification.
