Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a
HSQE Coordinator based in
Bristol for an engineering company.

Permanent, Full time

Hours: 22.5 hours a week, Thursday and Friday required.

The role _

As the
HSQE
Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:

Integrate, manage and improve Health & Safety and Environmental practices.
Assist the HSQE Manager to implement an integrated management system to meet the requirements of ISO9001, 14001 and 4500
Assist in general risk assessments and other safety assessments.
Participate in detailed incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Maintain inhouse training records with internal managers and relevant HSQE logs and documentation.
Order and distribute PPE.
Fire checks to include fire doors, alarms, extinguishers, fire wardens and drills.
Produce method statements and risk assessments.

The experience required _

As a successful
HSQE
Administrator, you will have the following:

NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
CQI Certificate/Diploma in Quality Management.
Proven experience as a HSQE coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working to ISO9001, 14001, 18001/4500
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Analytical with the ability to interpret detailed information and regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
