    BI Developer ( SC Cleared )

    London / Hybrid (2 Days onsite)

    6 Months initial contract

    March Start

    BI Developer ( SC Cleared ) is required to join a leading Financial Services client to deliver innovative BI Solutions utilizing Microsoft Technologies, including Power BI to support driven decision making.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server technologies to develop robust data management solutions.

    You must have Active SC Clearance and be happy be travel into Central London twice per week to be considered for this role.

    Key Responsibilities for the BI Developer ( SC Cleared ) includes:

    • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Utilize SQL and T-SQL to query and manipulate data within Microsoft SQL Server databases.
    • Design and develop data warehouse solutions, including ETL processes, to support business intelligence needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design data management systems that meet business objectives.
    • Utilize SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS to develop and deploy scalable data solutions.
    • Implement and maintain source control using tools such as Github/Bit Bucket.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools like Jira to ensure timely delivery of projects.

    Requirements for the BI Developer ( SC Cleared ) includes:

    • Active SC Clearance.
    • Proficiency in Power BI for developing interactive reports and dashboards.
    • Strong SQL skills, including experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
    • Experience in data warehouse design and development, as well as ETL processes.
    • Proven track record in analysis, design, and development of data management systems.
    • Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for developing and deploying data solutions.
    • Experience with source control tools such as Github/Bit Bucket.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
    • Certification in Power BI or Microsoft SQL Server (preferred).
