Our client has been looking to revolutionise international payments and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead a Corporate Sales desk.


Role Overview:

As the Corporate Sales Head of Desk, you will lead a team of 5 in generating leads, closing deals, and providing bespoke solutions to our corporate clients.

This role requires a hands-on approach, where you'll roll up your sleeves and actively engage with key decision-makers in the FX realm.

Managing the sales team's performance, setting targets, and fostering a culture of excellence will be central to your responsibilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and conduct outbound calls to understand client requirements.
  • Provide tailored solutions and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales team, ensuring CRM management, call scheduling, and target achievement.
  • Drive overall sales team performance and meet set targets.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in FX Corporate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
  • Targetdriven mindset with a tenacious approach to sales.
  • Ability to deliver toptier customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team performance and development.
  • Integrity, compliance, and a positive attitude towards company values.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to business growth.
