Executive Assistant, Global Acceptance Solutions


Overview:
The Executive Assistant, Acceptance Solutions reports to EVP, Acceptance Solutions. The role will be responsible for primarily supporting the EVP, Acceptance Solutions and EVP, Mastercard Gateway.

This includes calendar management, international travel arrangements, expense reporting, maintaining corporate records - as well as the planning and coordination of team meetings, team events and supporting the preparation of presentations and ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

The role will also provide limited support to Global Acceptance Solutions Leadership Team Members based in the UK.


Role:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support EVP Global Acceptance Solutions and EVP Mastercard Gateway with daytoday calendar management, telephone coverage, travel arrangements, expense reporting
  • Support Global Acceptance Solutions Leadership Team Members based in the UK as and when needed with administrative support
  • Manage the set up and logistics for all meetings on behalf of EVP, Acceptance Solutions and EVP, Mastercard Gateway
  • Support EVP, Acceptance Solutions with internal and external meeting commitments e.g. internal employee networks
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, activities and team events
  • Manage customer engagements at executive level both for virtual as well as in person engagements involving travel across several markets across all regions globally
  • Support and manage adhoc projects and activities for the leadership team
  • Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for the business unit
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company for the Gateway business
  • Work closely with US counterpart to ensure joined up administrative support to Global Acceptance Solutions Leadership Team and proactively collaborate with wider EA network in Consumer Solutions to ensure effective administrative delivery
  • Support for corporate administrative processes that support Global Acceptance Solutions e.g. with Workplace Management and Finance ensuring effective communication and cascade with Global Acceptance Leadership Team

All About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on setting priorities, managing processes and delivering results under tight deadlines and with competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with proven ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels with different teams across different regions and countries
  • Proactive with desire to develop career in business support / Mastercard
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion
  • Business Administration experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle; MS Teams; Zoom
