Talent Guardian are looking for a Part Time Social Media and Operations Executive to join a dynamic team and make an impact across various domains.


Main Duties:

  • Source top talent via LinkedIn, fostering national connections.
  • Streamline onboarding with detailed guides and tech readiness.
  • Expertly handle ad hoc tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage admin tasks, travel coordination, and social media platforms.
  • Create captivating marketing materials using Canva.
  • Collaborate with industry reps and manage online presence.
  • Craft engaging podcast episodes and maximize content reach.
  • Stay current with trends to engage a broader audience.
  • Maintain detailed market reports and identify growth opportunities.
  • Head sales management platforms and ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee accounts payable and employer of record tasks.

Requirements and desirables:

  • 12 years marketing experience
  • Marketing related degree
  • Knowledge of creating content and crafting podcasts.


This exciting role is Part Time, Monday - Friday based in the Modern Ferndown offices with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 FTE.
