MBA are looking for an Aftersales Manager to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester.

This would be a perfect role for an experienced individual who is looking to work with premium brands at an ever-evolving company.

The client is a family run business and first started selling cars in 1960 and since then have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.

As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for organising and directing the activitiesof the Parts and Service department staff to achieves budgets and provides the best possible to customers.

In return, the Aftersales Manager can expect a basic salary of £38,500 with a realistic OTE of £48,500 plus a company car.

There's also 27 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward &Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing the department to ensure plans and budgets are achieve and making optimum use of all materials, financial and personnel resources
  • Ensure all customer service queries are answered effectively and to company standards, along with manufacturer required standards
  • To assess and review the performance of all service and parts staff and conduct yearly appraisals and training needs analysis
Skills & Requirements

  • Experience as an Aftersales/Service Manager is advantageous
  • Experience as a Workshop Controller or Parts Manager looking to take their next step would be considered
  • Strong work ethic and approach to efficiency and productivity
  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Keen to learn and develop
