    This crucial role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to significantly impact a wide array of projects across the residential, commercial, HMO, and high-rise sectors.

    The Senior Fire Risk Assessor's Role


    The successful Senior Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for managing projects independently, carrying out detailed Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.

    This position is about more than just risk assessment; it's about upholding the highest safety and compliance standards across numerous projects, making a real difference in the communities we support.

    The Senior Fire Risk Assessor

    Holds a professional membership with IFE/IFSM, showcasing a dedication to the highest fire safety standards.
    Registered on the TFRAR register at Tier 2 or 3, a prerequisite for the role.
    Brings a minimum of 2 years' experience in fire risk assessment to the table.
    Has the capability to perform Type 1-4 fire risk assessments, with additional training available to broaden expertise.
    Adept at conducting compartmentation surveys to maintain the integrity of fire safety measures.
    Demonstrates exceptional client-facing skills, ensuring consultancy's high standards are met in all technical deliveries.
    Experienced in a variety of environments, including residential, commercial, and retail, providing a comprehensive perspective to the role.
    Actively supports the creation and refinement of documents, policies, and procedures to enhance fire safety measures.
    Exhibits a strong ambition for career progression within the risk assessment field, striving to redefine excellence in fire safety.
