We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Administrator to join an independently owned, tight-knit private medical clinic on Harley Street.


The clinic is highly specialised and dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise in eyes.


Patient Administrator


As a key member of the Front of House Patient Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas.


  • Hours: 9.30am 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to £30k, 23 days of holidays

Private Patient Administrator r
esponsibilities

  • Liaising with private insurance companies, dealing with referral letters coming in and going out, managing up to 3 clinic diaries, taking payments, advising on treatment plans, and dealing with any issues that arise.
  • Administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, stock taking, and scheduling building maintenance appointments as and when they are needed.
  • To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff, and visitors of the clinic.
  • To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to the patients.

Skills & Experience required for the Patient Administrator role

  • Previous administrative experience in a similar private hospital or clinic
  • Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
