Description
This is a superb opportunity to join an established Top Tier law firm, due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Casualty department, it is now seeking to appoint a talented lawyer to manage a caseload of litigated EL / PL cases.
You will be responsible for investigating indemnity, liability, reviewing medical evidence and records, instructing counsel, considering quantum and making offers of settlement.
The Benefits Competitive basic salary - up to £47,000 depending on experience25 days holiday a year - option to buy / sell moreHybrid workingPrivate medical insuranceCompany PensionThe CandidateParalegal / Solicitor / CILEx with experience of running an EL / PL case load (claimant or defendant)
