    Description

    My client (a global cybersecurity firm) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team. Someone who will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our security solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in the EMEA market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the product strategy and roadmap development for our SOC-as-a-Service/Managed Security Services offerings in the EMEA region.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the EMEA security services market.
    • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
    • Drive product launch activities including go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on SOC-as-a-Service/Managed Security Services, providing guidance and support to sales teams, partners, and customers.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and enhancements.
    • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners in the EMEA region to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of our products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management roles in the cybersecurity environment, with a focus on SOC-as-a-Service/Managed Security Services.
    • Deep understanding of security operations, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring technologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing security products or services in the EMEA market.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation in the cybersecurity space.
