    Are you an experienced Yacht Sales Manager looking for a new challenge in fleet sales?

    Then this could be a great opportunity

    One of the UK's most exciting adventure brands is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the launch of a new product within the fleet; there has been plenty of industry press coverage and palpable excitement amongst the wider yachting audience and this new role will see you driving client engagement through to sale.

    Taking ownership of the CRM and sales pipeline, you'll build a strategy to deliver vessel sales in line with company growth targets. Actively seeking new business, you'll be a great networker, personable and have a track record of closing deals.

    Ideally you'll be based in commutable distance to the London office, and this is a hybrid role so you'll be required to spend part of the working week onsite with the company marketing, sales and delivery teams. Travel can be expected, both local and international, including representing the company at various yacht and industry shows across the calendar.

    What you'll need to demonstrate

    • A track record of new yacht sales
    • Proven ability to prospect & network
    • Great verbal and written skills, fluency in English
    • Strong CRM and pipeline management

    The package includes a base salary of £60/65k DOE + sales commissions and bonuses.
