Are you an experienced Analyst, who has experience in quality checking, performance monitoring and identifying trends?
Do you enjoy providing feedback and improving services if so, we want to hear from you.
A Performance Analyst is required for a corporate financial services company based in Wolverhampton.

In return you will receive a comprehensive package including an annual bonus, pension and life assurance and many other benefits.

Duties will include:
Monitoring calls and case sampling
Quality checking/ auditing administration documents and files
Identifying trends and areas for development
Providing constructive feedback and supporting managers to further coach and develop staff
Producing reports for department and line managers.

Experience:

Must have experience gained within financial services
1 years previous experience of assessing / quality checking/ auditing administration work
1 years experience of monitoring staff performance and providing feedback
This is an office based role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
