All about the role
We are looking for a Telephone Retention Exec to join our Retentions team. You will oversee saves/churns on the platform, and work closely with the dedicated Account Manager on their allocated accounts.
The Telephone Retention team works hard to grow ourexisting estate by making sure current restaurant partners stay online, and are successful.
As part of the role, we're also counting on you to have:
- Strong communication skills, ability to be thick skinned when dealing with partner dissatisfaction
- Determination and grit to contact and speak to as many partners as possible
- Relate to the restaurant partners business and understand the fundamentals in order to provide a consultative/sales approach
- Resolve partner issues by determining the root cause and offering a tailored solution
- Ensure our partners are satisfied and continue to successfully trade with us
- Proactively manage allocated tasks to ensure business objectives are met
- Liaise with other teams across Sales, Operations and Account Management
- Consistently improving retention rates and KPIs
Can you deliver
Here's what we're looking for from our Telephone Retention Executive expert
- 2 years+ previous experience in retention, sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of the marketplace
- Communicative, with the ability to negotiate and resolve difficult issues
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
- An independent and proactive way of working, passionate about new challenges and changing environments
