An award winning, well established architectural firm is now seeking a confident Administrator to join their growing firm, in Cambridge on a part time basis.


The Administrator


The Administrator work on a wide variety of office and project administration and therefore will be required to have an excellent understanding of business processes as well have excellent communication and organisation skills.

The Administrator will be working on a temporary 12-month fixed term contract on a part time basis.


The Administrator Role

  • Experience in a similar role in an office environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate/Advanced
  • Very high standards of accuracy and presentation
  • Willingness to learn and utilise new systems
  • Good with numbers and mathematically competent
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Able to work proactively on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Enthusiasm for developing work skills and job specific knowledge for self and team
  • Attention to detail

- £22,500 - £28,500 per annum
