Volunteers have then gone on to progress into careers within education (with 94% of full-time volunteers obtaining education employment and training within 3 months of graduating from the programme),including at the schools they have served in or paid full-time roles at the charity.

Other avenues include social work, law enforcement, finance, engineering, marketing and many others, and even launching their own businesses.
