    Role overview

    As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction to hiring. Using a range of resources including professional networking, searching job boards and social media, you will have full ownership of sourcing, vetting and onboarding candidates. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the team, representing Revolent and building strong relationships with the candidates we wish to attract.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the full talent acquisition lifecycle from candidate attraction to hiring across a range of clients and geographies
    • Carry out telephone/ video interviews
    • Provide interview feedback promptly and professionally
    • Ensure a first-class candidate experience is delivered throughout
    • Liaise with multiple areas of the business including senior stakeholders
    • Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's
    • Hybrid role: 2-3 days per week in the office

    Essential Criteria

    • Experience of candidate attraction across either technology, finance, supply chain or manufacturing sectors
    • Possess a solid understanding of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
    • Robust communication, presentation and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
    • Confident self-starter with the ability to manage time efficiently
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven multi-tasking experience
    • Commercial awareness and target orientation
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Professionalism, attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
    • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization
    • Ambitious nature and willingness to go above and beyond
