    Description
    We are a forward thinking, agile video game studio dedicated to creating innovative social gaming experiences.

    We are looking for a Senior Environment Artist to join our team and help us create visually stunning and immersive environments that bring our games to life.

    As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality environments that meet our creative vision and technical requirements in UE5.

    You will collaborate closely with our game development team to create visually stunning and immersive environments that our players love.

    Work from concept art and reference imagery to build modular kits, mix materials and construct realistic in-game environments.

    World build and light environments in Unreal Engine 5, working within sensible budgets for current generation consoles and modern PC hardware.

    Be a role model and mentor to junior artists on the team to ensure that our work meets the highest standards.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in environment art, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Development experience on multiple shipped titles.
    Strong portfolio of environment artwork that demonstrates exceptional creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
    Expert-level knowledge of 3D modelling and texturing software, such as Blender, Maya, 3DS Max, and Substance.
    Experience utilising online asset libraries to speed up workflows.
    Strong understanding of game development pipelines, optimization techniques, and technical requirements.
    Experience with Unreal Engine is highly beneficial.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
