Job Description: As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in social care, you will play a pivotal role in matching talented individuals with rewarding positions within the social care industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles, including social workers, care managers, support workers, and more.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates within the social care sector.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate interviews, reference checks, and contract negotiations.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the social care or healthcare sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the social care industry (e.g., safeguarding, GDPR).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
