- Oversee the accurate calculation, invoicing, and collection of service charges for housing properties.
- Monitor service charge budgets, analyse variances, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, leaseholders, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously review and improve service charge processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to service charge management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Good understanding of service charge legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and housing management software
