    Job Title: Sales Account Manager

    Location: Barnham, West Sussex

    Salary: Competitive

    Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. 35 hours per week. Full Time.

    The Role:

    We're seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team, focusing on Thermal Management and electromechanical components. In this role, you'll be instrumental in nurturing existing client relationships, driving long-term business growth.

    The Candidate:

    • Extensive experience in Sales/Account management
    • Strong customer orientation, adept at internal and external communication
    • Highly organised, capable of managing a demanding workload
    • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience in overcoming challenges

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Cultivate sales with assigned existing clients, serving as their primary contact
    • Foster and strengthen long-term client relationships
    • Identify key information to qualify strategic accounts
    • Analyse customer base to stimulate repeat and new sales
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure effective procurement
    • Manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, meeting deadlines
    • Provide technical support and promote product range
    • Conduct market research for strategic bidding
    • Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers
    • Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility
    • Utilise CRM system for lead management and reporting
    • Handle inbound sales inquiries
    • Fulfil ad hoc duties as required by the management team
