We are seeking to recruit a strategic leader with significant experience of successfully managing a portfolio of digitally enabled change, covering legacy system replacements to transformational service change.

Key to success is embedding digital into clinical and operational practice to improve the service delivered to patients and the experience of staff.

The post holder will take a lead for digital on talent management, but also manage some key operational teams that underpin the Trust services, clinical coding, health records and information governance.

This is a great time to be involved in digital innovation within the NHS and gives the opportunity to play a critical role in the future delivery of services in a digital NHS.
