Forming a Centre of Excellence, SPT partners with the Sales and Capability Organisations to help create a more formalised, world-class North Highland business development community.
This opportunity is as a Lead for our SPT EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) team, with a primary focus on public-sector opportunities.
Under the direction of senior members of SPT, you will lead the proposal process for qualifying strategic opportunities from start to finish - guiding the proposal team, coordinating and leading kickoff meetings and routine cadence calls, establishing the proposal schedule and tracking proposal team assignments to completion.
You will be someone looking to grow in the profession and be an enthusiastic contributor to SPT's impact on helping North Highland deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals and generate more work for the firm.
Administer the proposal development process and assume one or more proposal team roles that may include proposal facilitator and/or managerDraft portions of the proposal content such as firm-level assurance processes or staff profiles
Manage the completion of all required proposal forms by collaborating with representatives from company departments including HR, legal, and finance
Serve as proposal editor, ensuring consistent voice and appropriate tone in proposals as well as alignment with firm branding
Act as an advocate for the application of firm sales messaging within proposal and pitch content
Facilitate the preparation of content for presentation teams
Fluency in Arabic required, with ability to support in-language content proofing and editing
Comfortable leading/facilitating group discussions or meetings in a virtual format
Knowledge of consulting core competencies such as Project Management, Change Management, Process, and Technology knowledge is preferred
Well organised, strong project management skills - able to multi-task across multiple projects and track multiple workstreams, activities, and people at the same time
Strong Microsoft Suite and Adobe skills
