Account Manager - Financial Services

Our client, a well respected, market leader within the finance and credit sector is seekingan ambitious, driven and professional Account Manager, who holds a proven track record of delivering high standards of service and results and exceptional clientrelations

Working closely with established clients to strengthen and develop client relationships and accounts, you will assist clients with their credit and finance enquiries, discuss and understand their needs, read and interpret client credit volume performance,identify trends, and offer direct training support to clients and their staff

You will also work with the business development team to assist in identifying new potential clients. This may involve devising and implementing mailshot and social media campaigns, outbound telephone calls to potential clients and qualifying inbound callsfrom potential new clients

Previous account management experience is desirable and knowledge and previous experience of the financial industry is highly preferable
