I am seeking an HR Advisor to join one of our Legal Sector Clients based in Edinburgh. A generalist role involving Recruitment, providing HR advice, leading on Employee Relations and assisting with various HR Projects. Supporting 360 recruitment process, from advert to interview and induction, including Summer Placements and Graduate Schemes
Leading on employee relations (grievance and disciplinary matters) and providing HR best-practice advice across the full employment lifecycle
Delivering internal L&D workshops
Assisting with HR projects and other tasks (e.g. reviewing learning materials and EDI reporting)
Previous HR experience including Case Management ideally within a Professional Services Environment
