    Monday toFriday 37.5 Hours aweek

    Ourclient is an independent dealer group which operates a network of61 dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. They are nowlooking for a Fleet Sales Administrator for their dealership inBristol.

    Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for processing customerfiles and invoices youll make sure that our stock information is upto date as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system.Some product knowledge would be an advantage but more importantwill be your attention todetail.

    JobPurpose:
    • To drive thestandard in customer care and to provide a prompt and efficientadministrationservice
    • foran allocated area. To maintain electronic and paper information andensure it is uptodate atall
    • timesand provide timesensitive information reports and respond toqueries within areasonable
    • timeframe.You ll demonstrate our clients Purpose Principles and Ambition(PPA) in all dealingswith
    • colleaguescustomer andprospects.

    KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:
    • Providean efficient and effective administrative service within the Salesdepartment.
    • Assist inthe effective management of vehicle sales balancing customer wantsand expectations with the complexities of vehicle manufacturingprocesses.
    • Assistother departments in ensuring the effective supply of vehicles.
    • Buildeffective relationships with suppliers colleagues trade and retailcustomers.
    • Ensurethorough and complete records are kept of all transactions in atimely manner.
    • Workproactively to anticipate issues and deliver exceptional customerservice.
    • To deliverinternal outstanding customer service at all times.
    • Look fornew and innovative ways to improve the effectiveness of thedepartment.


    Requirements

    EssentialSkills andAbilities:
    • Proficientin webbased applications.
    • Administrativeexperience.
    • Core Mathsand English qualifications.
    • Use ofMicrosoft Office e.g. Excel Word Outlook.
    • Demonstrableability to use computerised stock monitoring systems.
    • Demonstrableunderstanding of the role of the business in context.
    • Fulldriving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9penalty points.
    • Evidenceof Right to work in the UK
