    Description
    Labour Hire is looking for a ELECTRICAL TEST & INSPECTION ENGINEER for a well-established company in ROSSENDALE

    This is a full-time, permanent position with NO agency probation period

    About You:
    • Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances.
    • Positive, self-motivated, and proactive individual
    • Well-organised and presentable
    • Ability to keep records by completing written job sheets, logbooks, and test certificates which detail both the progression and outcome of completed works.
    • Good Time Management Skills - to ensure you work to the schedule timescales.
    • Be readily available to support your colleagues where required.
    • A minimum of 10 years electrical installation experience is required (minimum 5-years in Testing & Inspection).
    • BS 7671: 18th Edition Qualification (or equivalent qualification)
    • BS : Inspection & Testing (or equivalent qualifications)
    • Up to date Gold ECS card
    • Knowledge of (and adherence to) health and safety regulations.
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Ability to work away from home, throughout the UK.
    • IPAF certification is advantageous but not essential

    About the Role:
    • Monday – Friday (10-hour working day), Saturday – Sunday (voluntary overtime)
    • Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
    • As a Test & Inspection Engineer, you will be expected to carry out various electrical maintenance, installation and testing works. Our projects will involve small and larger installations, and you will be expected to work as part of a team or on your own.
