We're partnering with a top Asbestos Company with a strong presence in the Midlands region. They're on the lookout for an Asbestos Surveyor to handle contracts across the Midlands, covering various types of sites like Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Domestic, Construction, and Educational locations both in the Midlands and nationwide.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Birmingham, West Bromwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Ludlow.
Experience & Qualifications:
* BOHS P402 certification is essential for the role.
* Must have hands-on experience in Asbestos Consultancy as a surveyor.
* Proficient in following HSG 264 guidelines.
* Familiar with using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
* Capable of managing workload to meet company / client requirements.
The Role:
* Conducting surveys on various sites for different purposes like management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-occupation.
* Sampling suspected ACMs, ensuring correct bagging and labeling before analysis.
* Ensuring work is compliant with HSG 264 guidelines.
* Utilizing TEAMS / TRACKER systems to generate detailed client reports.
* Managing workload in alignment with company / client needs.
* Providing quality consultancy services to clients.
