- Support data quality processes, including the design and continuous improvement of data quality rules.
- Collaborate with IT to generate data quality reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the standardization and maintenance of master data across the enterprise.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in data design, supporting logical data model creation and maintenance.
- Partner with business change and technical teams to identify and address data quality issues.
- 2-3 years of experience dealing with master data in an insurance environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for considering data as an asset and driving data maturity within the company.
