Production Shift Manager + Night Shift k + Permanent position

Our client are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join them on their busy night shift to coordinate the effective running of the lines.

This role will involve working with the Operations Manager, Quality Control, Warehouse, Planning Team and Engineers.
Liasing with the Quality team to ensure any rework is completed in a timely manner

Assisting the line leaders where necessary, and making sure that the handover between shifts and the preparation for the next day is done.

Attending production meetings and provide the necessary information

Taking ownership for the tidiness and orderliness of all areas within production including being involved in the monthly hygiene audit.

Conducting a handover with the appropriate people on other shifts
