  • OPPORTUNITY
We're searching for an experienced Marketing Analytics consultant to join our Data Strategy & Engineering Pillar.

As a Principal Consultant you will lead client relationships and deliver high quality work on business intelligence, reporting, insights mining, analytics, and storytelling for Kantar Analytics' clients in the UK.

Operating within a global delivery model, you will collaborate with offshore teams to deliver to client needs, tracking progress, and identifying growth opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Account Management

  • Lead communication and interaction with clients to grow and strengthen all aspects of an engagement
  • Facilitate ideation, briefing and delivery between clients and onshore/offshore delivery teams
  • Collaborate across Kantar portfolio of companies to provide comprehensive data solutions to clients
  • Stay updated on client challenges, competitors and overall industry trends/ movement/ changes, to understand client context and business requirements
  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring account health and compliance
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones to identify & capitalize on growth opportunities. Lead proposals in collaboration with other Kantar teams.
  • Project Execution
  • Leverage past knowledge and experience to drive consulting projects encompassing data engineering, data visualisation, exploratory data analysis, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Translate project briefs from clients and into requirements for the offshore team. Develop project delivery plan considering client expectations and internal constraints.
  • Provide capability consulting directly to end clients; offering insights into planning and executing analytics and data visualisation projects
  • Lead analysis with various datasets sales data, consumer and brand survey data, macroeconomics to address clients' business questions. Present actionable insights to clients through clear and compelling storytelling.
  • Lead and manage project teams; set the standard on deliverable quality; ensure processes and best practices are followed
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 6+ years' experience in client facing or senior stakeholder facing environments, leading BI & analytics projects, handling commercial discussions, and collaborating with teams of analysts, researchers, or consultants
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and experience in growing client/ stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working with diverse datasets sales data, consumer and brand surveys, web analytics and Social / Search, and building analytics approach and solutions
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (like Power BI, Tableau) and digital analytics suits (like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics), visualisation solution design, and bespoke software development process is preferred
  • Minimum Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree but MBA or Master's degree is preferred
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written, visual and oral communication; fluency in storytelling via slides
