Description

RG Consultancy are working with a reputable, manufacturing company based in Blackburn who are looking for a dynamic, experienced senior accounts clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

The company operate on a hybrid basis with flexible startand finish times.


You will be joining the transnational team and will be supported by a supportive manager and join a small team of 4.


The duties include:

  • Reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes
  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation and processing of weekly and monthend payments
  • Supplier statements
  • Cash ledger
  • High volume customer queries
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Preparation of month end accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Chase overdue accounts and debt where needed
  • Assisting with external audits
