On behalf of
Nationwide Building Society, AMS are seeking a
Payments Administrator for a 6 month contract with the possibility of permanency or extension, working within our
Nationwide House, Pipers Way, Swindon Branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Completing a variety of administration tasks within payment disputes
  • Handling payment disputes and customer account management
  • Resolving issues and customer queries
  • Completing refunds on members accounts
  • Completing decisions on claims and their values regarding
  • Using a variety of IT systems to follow processes and procedures
  • Management and ownership of payment disputes, queries, issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls where necessary

  • Salary to be confirmed
  • 35 Hours Per Week full time
  • Shifts are Monday-Friday: 8am
  • 4pm, 9am5pm or 10am6pm depending on your team.
  • Start date in March 202
  • Primarily a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent/extension
