This is the HR Advisor role for you
You'll be working with a small HR Consultancy that specialises in creating positive places to work
With loads of opportunities to develop and learn new skills, with an amazing and supportive company
As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR operational support for clients on site and remotely
- Supporting and coaching clients with HR queries
- Visiting your regular clients on site (North West based) and planning your own workload
- Building relationships with our clients so that they take a proactive approach to HR
- Keeping up to date with the latest changes in HR
- Any other ad hoc HR duties
We are looking for a HR Advisor with the following skills and experience:
- Experience working as a HR Administrator, HR Advisor or HR related qualification
- CIPD
- The ability to take initiative, manage yourself and to be continuously learning.
- Positive attitude to building relationships and work as part of a small team.
- Selfmotivated combined with a strong work ethic and proactive nature
- Excellent written and spoken English, happy to meet clients face to face
- Good skills with MS Office
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- Full driving licence
In return, the successful HR Advisor will receive a salary of £28,000 to £34,000 (pro rata), plus the following benefits
