- 24hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household Training and development; The successful candidate will embark on a fouryear Higher National Diploma course with Open University which will be fully funded by Veolia. This will include a weekly day release to study, a week in the Summer to attend the Open University Campus and the full support and resources required to successfully complete this qualification. Full internal training will also be provided in various aspects of site operations, including health and safety, environmental protection and waste regulations.
- Analyse incoming material to the site for compliance against agreed waste specifications.
- Allocate recycling and disposal routes for incoming material, ensuring all legal requirements for environmental protection are complied with.
- Help to ensure the site and plant operates in a safe and compliant manner. What we're looking for;
- A minimum of A-Level in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
