Full time / Permanent25 hours per week Monday to Friday + One Saturday morning per month
Our client who are a leader in the commercial vehicle sector are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team.

This role of Parts Advisor is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and demanding team reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories for their commercial vehicles.
Use product catalogues, computer systems, and other resources to accurately identify required parts for commercial vehicles.
Order Processing and
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and cycle counting.
# Provide basic technical assistance to customers regarding the installation and use of parts and accessories.
Sales and Promotion:
Promote special offers, promotions, and new products to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and accessories, including familiarity with various makes and models.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for order processing and inventory management.
